7 o'clock in the morning. The alarm started yelling.. no mercy for our heroes, on a sunny Sunday morning. In another occasion they would be sleeping like babies, numb but happy.
But not today. Something was happening out there, over 35.000 people were about to meet at the famous Parc du Cinquantenaire, for the run of the year.
9.59 1 minute to go. It's damn hot out there, they say 25°, it could be more. Too late to give up, the Team is there, also thinking of Cafè Portugal, its proud sponsor.
10.00 Start! Here's the list of the participants (no, not the 35.000, we would need 10 posts for that... B.I.T.T. participants!!!), the brave ones who managed to resist to summery temptations.

Dozens, hundreds, millions of fans and friends were there, bravely facing the challenging weather conditions, to support and push our heroes to the deserved finish lane, to capt every single moment and every exausted face on the route. Thanks boys and girls, we terribly love you!

finally this mirage became reality, as well as dehydratation, physical pain, desperate need of sugars and, why not, cold beer....
While part of the team was committed with antidoping control, few other members found a possible future sponsorship....
....and other members proudly showed to the medias the deserved gold medals...
14.30 Portuguese Refreshment
Runners, partners, lovers, friends met at cafè Portugal for the deserved refreshments.
Mr Bill's (and everybody's) dream come true, as cold portuguese beer accompanied about 45 portions of sliced roast pork, in a red-coloured enthusiastic atmosphere.
